So I'm running Yuzu at 2x with the latest recommended 60 FPS mods with a 7950X/4090 and getting intermittent FPS drops below 60 even though neither my CPU nor the GPU are under full load. They don't seem to have anything to do with the level of complexity of stuff that's on screen and I've already disabled hyperthreading for Yuzu via Process Lasso.
