You will need to un-wrap the key later when away from the car. If the app is on the key, then forget all this.

A couple of weeks ago I went out on a hike and of course dropped one of my keys (luckily I found it). However this made me think that a good lock box on the outside of the Crosstrek for a key could easily be made using the rear knockout panel on the bumper. I'm thinking of sealing off the inside of it, and adding a magnetic latch to the cover.

Sadly, I do not believe it has HD radio. None of my HD stations in the area appear on my 23 Rogue. The two beeps is to tell you that the car is auto locking. I have my 2023 SV set to auto lock when you walk away. And when you approach your Rogue at night, it does turn on the lights as a safety measure.
