Re: Miller Blue Star 2E ac/dc question.. Good to hear the unit runs and probably welds. Your weld output OCV (Open Circuit Voltage) is a little low. Should be +/-80V and your low reading could simply be low engine RPM in WELD mode or you didn't have the Fine Voltage control set to 100%.

I put a carb kit and a fuel pump on it and helped but did't fix the problem. The armature drive coupler on the engine side broke when I was trying to remove it.
