The KRG Bravo chassis looks promising in that it is simple, not that much heavier than a carbon fiber stock once the mini-chassis is installed, and the plastic sides should help mitigate the cold metal issue found in other chassis, plus it is muchcheaper. However, I have also read about spotty qc and fittment issues.The best option Id say is the Oryx, and then the field stock when its launched later this year. On the LSS there really isn’t a maximum, but depending on the contour of the barrel the longer and heavier you go the harder it is to balance the rifle overall. KRG is more expensive for the Howa and more stock like. I think it may be a little lighter. Oryx is cheaper, traditional chassis setup. I have heard some guys trying to add weight to their Bravos for balance and recoil improvement. Oryx is newer so haven't heard as much feedback yet. I personally plan on going with the Oryx for my next two builds.

However, you should be focused on rifle balance and how the foreend can be adapted for your standing position and your body type. The factory Ruger American 450 bushmaster magazine works for my Ruger American predator in 6.5cm (which uses the 308 multi caliber magazine).
