Play Kassadin. Don't know in the Midlane tho, but at least on Toplane Kalista hard outclasses Lucian. Most mid lane assassins counter ADC mids. Fizz, Vlad, Zed, Talon, Ekko etc. You literally just have to survive early laning phase and wait for an item powerspike and level 6. Then have fun one shooting the adc.
