I had a membrane sweep done Thursday, I was 38 + 1. Saturday morning I lost my mucus plug. It had some old brownish blood in it. Later that afternoon, I lost another pretty decent size amount with more maroon blood. Less clear. No contractions. Today, I have lost more, but now more clear, every now and then some light pink in it.

So I had an attempt at a membrane sweep with my first. I was being induced at 39 weeks and wanted to do everything I could. Cervix was too long and high for her to actually do it but even the attempt loosened things up and I lost my mucus plug after, and had a super easy induction (didn’t even need pitocin, went into labor from cervadil).
