I finally was able to update to the latest firmware, PIC 10512.2560.2.70 and it is at least back to the first type of issue where it’d have solid red interrupted cycle mid cycle but I could force it to keep going by manually hitting reset. Is there a way for someone to check and see if there is a firmware update for the base station to fix this problem? When I get to step 4 and scan the serial number with the QR scanner it just says “Serial Number Not Available” and it won’t let me continue.
