jonb32248. My 80% handgun lower was 5d. Came out pretty good except the rear hole was a bit off and the pin was hitting the rear rail. So after much thinking and study I put the frame back in the jig and the rear rail in place, I drilled off the tiny bit of metal that was stopping the pin from going through.
