First question: Empowered Gems (big gems) can always change there stats on them, you can get gems where there is Max HP, Max HP % and Crit Hit, so yeah, every stat, BUT big Cosmic gems always comes with Light stat on them, and that can't be changed, only stat on Empowered Gems which can't be changed.

For some reason I don't seem to get sparks from u10 boxes like I do from the others. From topside u10/u11 gem boxes, can also convert 30k cosmic dust into a spark at the adventure crafting bench. They are quite easy to get, just farm u10 on gem day, save up till you have like 50 boxes and boom cosmic gem spark, I have like 5.
