Ophidia spathe may come into play as a good exotic. The way the exotic is labeled, it says " grants two knives per charge". As we all know, with stasis, the reverant hunter gets 2 ice knives, where if 2 knives hit the enemy freezes. Because we will have 2 charges, it may mean we can get 4 knives. This might be quite strong when stasis comes around.Whereas warlock strand melee, hunter shurikens, hunter knives (with ophidia spathe), etc all have different behaviors. They also behave differently than how multi charge grenades work. Honestly it's really annoying and I tend to just stay away from it on these abilities but if it's working with flechette I should give it a go.

I've been trying to encourage the use of the shards of galanor during brawler weeks instead of the ophidia spathe for one reason. During brawler weeks, at 3x fire we get our knife trick back before the animation finishes. So it's pointless to use double melee charge when we have an infinite charge with just 1

With the Shards of Galanor you need to adjust the way you play a little bit to get the most out of the exotic perk. It's closer to playing a Nightstalker with Orpheus Rigs.One-Two Punch also fully works with Knife Trick, and the pattern of shotgun>knife>shotgun>knife>dodge to get both knives back does solid damage even if you aren't getting your knives refunded regularly(i.e. boss damage or yellow bars in master stuff).
