I then turn off everything wait a few and sometimes it starts and sometimes it continues a few more times before finally turning over and starting.I have a 2014 Honda Accord EX-L Automatic, V6. The dealer is not talking an actuator at all. I read about the VTC actuator online and other folks said it could be the starter. Dealer is stating the solution to my issue was (a) replace starter and (b) rotate the flywheel. I don't understand B.Starter reliability is a major issue on the 2013/2014 Honda Accord.
