BOTW is better played on Cemu (Wii U emulator) because it is simply more polished (better emulation and graphics). Most people use a 60fps mod fix and a blur disable mod. I've no idea if the blur mod helps performance. The 60 FPS mod is required because the game intentionally drops to 30 FPS between scenes on the switch for a few seconds(I don't know why, digital foundry have a video showing it) and the mod stops this from happening.
